International Customers:

You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of four days from the receipt of the shipment. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. In some countries, 3-4 % taxes are charged on delivery, which is rare but possible. There will be no Refund of shipping costs especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned. We will refund 50 % of the actual cost and deduct shipping and handling charges which are minimum $25.00 (for all countries) for small packages. We will refund this after getting our product through a reliable courier. We can also provide the coupon of same value , so that you can buy any other product of the same value plus shipping.


Indian Customers:

We only refund the product if it's not delivered to you i.e. if its cancelled before the delivery of the product. However the shipping cost will be deducted from refund. If the product is received damaged/ leaky, kindly do take pictures and mail us without opening the seal. We will definitely replace it with another pack.


How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. Depending on the value of the item and the payment option used to pay for the order in the first place, we will do the refunds Cancellation Policy You can also get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number to raise a cancellation request. Cancellation duration takes typically one day after confirming cancellation by calling or by emailing us at support info@naturesunshine.co. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of Prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.
