GENERAL HEALTH TIPS

  • Do not consume tea, water, milk while having breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take tea, water, milk only after one hour after having a meal.
  • Fruits, curd or salad should not be consumed at night.
  • While taking a bath one should take a bath with water in the mouth, by doing this cold, ear disease does not occur.
  • While taking bath with cold water, first pour water on the head.
  • While taking bath with hot water, first pour water on the legs.
  • Before bathing, mustard oil should be applied on the nails , in the nose, ears & even applies in navel. it helps to prevent eye diseases.
  • Teeth should be close tight while passing stole. by doing this the teeth remain healthy.
  • One should not sleep with the mouth covered and should not sleep with a cloth tied over the head or with socks on the feet while sleeping.
  • Feeling tired weak & sleepy in a day, then drink four to five glasses of boiled water of fennel.
  • Do not drink water as soon as you come from outside.
  • Make sure to pass urine immediately after a meal.
  • Do not drink water after eating watermelon, cucumber, Armenian Cucumber.
  • Capsicum, white chickpeas, maida, curry should not be consumed.
  • Patients with joint pain, use lukewarm water for drinking.
  • Always get up on left side after sleep.
  • Consume fruits and vegetables according to the season.
  • Summer season fruits and vegetables, Watermelon, Melon, bottle gourd(Ghiya), Ridged Gourd(Tauri), Indian Round Gourd( Tinda), Bitter gourd(Karela), Pumpkin, mustard oil, green papaya. Winter Season Fruits and Vegetables, Cauliflower (Gobi), Peas, Carrot, Apple, Guava, Orange, Turnip, Elephant foot yam(Jimicand)
  • Take a walk daily. Do Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, Pranayama.
  • Do not use aluminum utensils (cooker, frying pan and kadhai) or eat food cooked in it.
  • Namkeen, jackfruit(katahal) etc. should not be taken with milk.
  • Light food should be taken in the night and food should be eaten before eight o'clock.
